Joey Sheridan produced his mount to lead over a furlong from home but she was strongly pressed by Jered Maddox in the closing stages.
The Ciaran Murphy-trained filly just held the challenge of her rival at the line to record a short-head victory.
It was a return to form for the winner, who had beaten only two home on her most recent visit to the venue.
She was recording a second career victory having also landed a maiden over course and distance last February.
Murphy said: "That was a man's ride today now, that was a proper ride. Joey is a good lad and hopefully we will be keeping him in mind as we go forward through the season. He gave her a very strong ride and lovely to win with her again.
"I think she won this time last year. It just hadn't worked out a few times when she was slow out. In fairness to the other jockeys, we left all the gear off her this evening and she was just that bit sweeter without it.
"She sees out that mile really well, that's probably her real trip. She hit the line strong and she was very genuine."
